The California Department of Mental Health (DMH) Enhanced Data Collection and Reporting (DCR) system is now available for counties to submit Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Full Service Partnership Outcomes Assessment (FSP) data.  For information on the progress of the DCR and the necessary steps for gaining access to the DCR click here .
