The DMH Privacy Office responds to questions, complaints, and reported breaches involving DMH's five California state hospitals and two psychiatric programs located at:

• Coalinga State Hospital
• Metropolitan State Hospital
• Napa State Hospital
• Patton State Hospital
• Salinas Valley Psychiatric Program
• Vacaville Psychiatric Program

Privacy questions regarding a facility at a location not listed above should be directed to the Privacy Officer assigned to that specific facility (provider’s office, clinic, hospital, etc).
