The DMH Community Services Division has recently re-structured to reflect our commitment to assist with individual county concerns and issues. The Community Programs Branch includes three Sections: MHSA Plan Review and Development, MHSA Plan Review and Resources, and County Technical Assistance. These sections are responsible for MHSA plan reviews and providing technical assistance and support to county mental health programs.

In addition to offering local program support to California counties, each section specializes in a subject area or MHSA component. We hope you will find our new Community Programs Branch helpful and convenient.
